This application scores proteins using the bcl protein scoring function. The input is a single pdb (-pdb) or a file containing a list of pdb files (-pdblist). THe output is a Table that has scores (column) for each given pdb file. In addition a quality measure for for the protein models can be derived relative to a given (usually a native) protein structure. The enrichment for a quality measure and the rank can be calculated as well. The weight set for a linear consensus score can also be defined. In addition diverse flags for the input pdbs can change, how the pdb is read in. Membrane scores can be enabled with -pdbtm_xml given files containing a corresponding pdbtm_xml file list or the -membrane flag.
