What is the Biology and Chemistry Library Project (BCL)™ The Biology and Chemistry Library Project (BCL) is an object oriented C++ programming library. The library is designed to simulate biological molecules – proteins and peptides in particular – as well as small chemicals such as therapeutics. It comprises mathematical methods to evaluate the energy of these molecules in their natural environment and machine learning methods that can be applied to a broad class of problems. Descriptions of all BCL applications
BCL Licensing BCL modules are available for academic or commercial licensing. Academic licensing is free of charge. For an academic license, follow the quick and easy online process below. You will receive a license which will enables use of the BCL module(s) that you select from the list below. For commercial licensing, please contact bcl-support-commercial@meilerlab.org. Access to source code may be granted upon request and under specific provisions that protect the confidentiality and integrity of the source code.
Compatibility with Rosetta Certain BCL modules may be used in conjunction with Rosetta (www.rosettacommons.org). For example, the JUFO secondary structure prediction module of the BCL can be leveraged for Rosetta fragment generation.
