This server fits a given protein structure into a given electron density map using a geometric hashing and Monte-Carlo/Metropolis simulated annealing protocol on the Cross-Correlation-Coefficient objective. Additional options available in the full release of the BCL. Licenses (including the binary) for academic (free of charge) or commercial users (a fee applies) can be obtained from our BCL license server.
