I am developing a citizen scientist app for mobile devices using ligand-based drug discovery methods. The goal is to create a scientific yet entertaining 2D puzzle game for android devices to use as a discovery method for novel-ligands. 2D and/or 2.5D QSAR is being used as a ligand-based method to determine a score for a specific puzzle. The solutions can be accessed by scientists to further analyze them on their potential and synthesizability.
