Project Description:

My current research aims to identify and target specific T-cell epitopes in multiple myeloma, a plasma cell cancer where specific therapy options are still sparse. I intend to design neutralizing antibodies and antibody fragments with the Rosetta software suite and characterize the designed proteins using methods of structural biology. The designed proteins' biological activity in discerning and targeting multiple myeloma cells is then evaluated using in-vitro assays.
